I had a tooth extraction today performed by Dr Stoyan. I am a nervous dentistry patient at the best of times due to previous bad experiences. Dr Stoyan and his assistant (I cant remember her name) both made me feel very at ease throughout and undertook the surgery with the utmost professionalism, making sure to talk me through it and keep me calm and reassured throughout. I've been to this dental surgery today for my first visit to a  dentist in 16 years. The receptionist was so walm helpfull and welcoming. All the team were amazing. Ive had all my teeth removed and replaced with dentures. Stoyan and Emma were the main two I was treated by and they made the experience completely comfortable and easy. All the receptionist were great and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!

The staff seem very friendly. The dentist and hygienist I see seem excellent, very knowledgeable and skilled. Had 2 appointments so far and although both times they were running late, I understand its a very busy practice and I wasn't made to feel like my treatment was rushed.

Joined as a private patient in April 2025. Couldn't afford  the treatment of £3000 including  10% Denplan discount to repair 4 teeth. Very happy to be accepted  as s NHS patient  here in September  2025. Treated for 3 fillings in February this year. One filling  dropped out after 4 weeks, another after 5 weeks. As a goodwill gesture  the fillings were repaired a month later with no further  cost to me. It was clearly explained to me by the Practice  Manager  that they were only a temporary measure,  yet Private  Dentist  thought differently  with three of the same teeth. Unfortunately , yet not unexpected a filling dropped out again from the same front tooth after only 5 weeks. The only way forward  now according  to Eirlys,  as my mouth is  more uncomfortable and sore than before the temporary fillings, are NHS extractions  &  expensive Private Patient implants!?!, which I can't  afford.
